The New Century Hotel is just 5 minutes from JR Kawaguchiko Train Station with the complimentary shuttle service. It’s a 15-minute drive from amusement park Fuji-Q HighLand, as well as from the Fuji Omuro Sengen Jinja Shrine, which holds a Hana Matsuri festival in spring. Mount Fuji 5th Station for climbing is a 1-hour bus ride from Kawaguchiko Station.

Comfortable rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor and sliding shoji paper screens to a seating area at a floor-to-ceiling window. Amenitiesan LCD TV, a fridge and a personal safe. An attached bathroom and yukata robes are provided. Guests sleep in traditional futon bedding on the tatami floor.

A Japanese breakfast that uses seasonal ingredients. Dinner is a Japanese-stylemeal and guests can chose from 4 different main dishes prior to arrival. Guests are asked to chose from the following main dishes: a local specialty noodle hot pot called Hoto Nabe, Sukiyaki beef dish, shabu shabu pork dish or yosenabe, a hot pot with various vegetables and ingredients.

Guests can gaze out over Kawaguchi-ko Lake and the legendary Mount Fuji, while enjoying a soothing public hot spring bath made of fragrant Hinoki wood or lava stone. The New Century offers free private parking and drinks vending machines.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
